RMA and Warranty Policies
1. No warranty on any physically damaged or altered products.
2. Returned product must be accompanied by authorized RMA no. & copy of invoice.
3. All RMA must be send to us prepaid, should have copies of invoice with matching serial number.
4. Removal of warranty sticker on merchandise will void the warranty.
5. No software or software related warranty.
6. All returned products must be SHIPPED TO DOOR in secure / original package.
7. Products returning for credit must be pre-authorized by Powerone RMA Manager and a restocking fee may apply.
